Migrating from spreadsheet to BulaCore

If your books are still in a spreadsheet — moving to BulaCore in one go: customers, products, opening balances, then you stop maintaining the spreadsheet.

How a migration goes

1. Discovery call — what's in your current setup, how many invoices/month, who else uses it
2. Export from your current tool — customers, products, opening balances
3. Import into BulaCore — CSV mapping, validation pass, dry run
4. Parallel run for 2 weeks — both systems live, compare reports
5. Cutover — turn off the old system, BulaCore is your source of truth
