What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your business name, contact name, email, optional phone, optional industry and module preference. When you use BulaCore itself we collect everything you enter into the platform — invoices, customers, products, journals — because that's the business data you're asking us to manage.
Why we collect it
Waitlist data lets us prepare for the Founders 50 launch and contact you when your slot opens. Platform data lets BulaCore do its job — issue invoices, run the double-entry ledger, produce VAT returns, file FRCS fiscal receipts on your behalf.
Where it lives
BulaCore production data is hosted on infrastructure operated by Ubitec System Solutions in Suva. Backups are encrypted and rotated regularly. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.
Removing your data
Email ali@ubitecsolutions.com from the address on file and we'll remove your record from the waitlist within 14 days. Platform tenants can export everything and delete on request.
