Migrating from Xero to BulaCore

Switching from Xero to BulaCore — either move everything (Books + Ledger) or keep Xero and run BulaPOS at the till with a daily push.

How a migration goes

  1. Discovery call — what's in your current setup, how many invoices/month, who else uses it
  2. Export from your current tool — customers, products, opening balances
  3. Import into BulaCore — CSV mapping, validation pass, dry run
  4. Parallel run for 2 weeks — both systems live, compare reports
  5. Cutover — turn off the old system, BulaCore is your source of truth
